Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial
Location: London, Canary Wharf (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading digital infrastructure business operating across Europe, providing critical connectivity to some of the world’s largest technology and enterprise organisations. With continued investment in fibre, cloud, AI and data centre infrastructure, they are at the centre of some of Europe’s most important technology projects.
The Role
This is a newly shaped role within a growing legal team, with responsibility for leading the commercial contracting function. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, network development and senior leadership, supporting major enterprise customers and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements.
- Lead negotiations with major international customers and suppliers.
- Advise the business on commercial, contractual and regulatory risk.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to find practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Support matters across telecoms, digital infrastructure, IT, data protection and real estate.
About You
- 6–10 years’ PQE, with strong training from a leading law firm.
- Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally gained in-house within telecoms, infrastructure, connectivity, cloud or enterprise technology.
- Experienced in leading complex negotiations with major customers and suppliers.
- Commercial, pragmatic and confident working directly with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
