Senior Legal Counsel

Energy/Utilities/Construction firm

6 month fixed term contract

London (Hybrid working)

£95K-£115K

The role:

  • Providing legal support in relation to grid connection arrangements, property instruments, and land access arrangements
  • Advising in regard to O&M and EPC contracts, support and repair contracts required for ongoing maintenance and repair of the asset, and supporting new small-scale construction projects.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including supplier agreements, agreements governing the delivery and maintenance of the company’s IT systems and services, consultancy agreements, and agreements with energy trading companies
  • Assisting with the management of external legal counsel and management of ongoing disputes and litigation
