Senior Legal Counsel
A growing, technology-led consumer business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. This is a broad commercial role offering exposure to high-value contracts, strategic projects, and senior stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The Role
Working closely with business leaders across the organisation, you will:
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Support business growth, transformation, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide practical advice on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Advise on consumer, digital, and operational issues.
- Manage disputes and external counsel where required.
- Develop legal processes, templates, and best practice frameworks.
- Act as a trusted legal adviser to senior stakeholders.

About You
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6+ years' PQE.
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Commercially minded with excellent judgement and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving business.
- Experience in technology, retail, eCommerce, logistics, or other consumer-facing sectors would be advantageous.
