Great opportunity for a seasoned UK qualified Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a major Retail / Payments organisation in central London.
Working within a substantial sized team, you’ll be leading negotiations, drafting / execution of complex high value partnerships with Financial Services, Payment Organisations and FinTech firms shaping the commercial strategy and enabling scalable, compliant growth.
Experience of working in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments, high stakes, complex commercial negotiations and delivering on commercially effective agreements is a big bonus.

Experience:
- Likely to be 5+ years PQE - although other PQE levels will be considered
- Demonstrable experience of working in a hands-on Legal advisory role where you’re embedded in the business.
- Good attitude to “get things done” and be a positive “enabler” is key.
- Capability of working closely with Senior Stakeholders and key members within the business and making tough judgement calls and prioritise.

Job Details:
- Being offered as a 9 month contract - could be extended.
- Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
- Start date - ASAP
- Budget - Open depending on experience, but a guide is £700 per day.
