Senior Legal Counsel
International Listed Tech / Manufacturer
Hybrid working
Commutable from Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucestershire, Swindon
£Competitive package + LTIPs + Bonus + up to 10% Pension
We are recruiting an exceptional Senior Legal Counsel to join an international, fast-moving technology and advanced manufacturing organisation. This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel while enjoying genuine autonomy and influence.
You will deliver commercially focused legal advice in the UK and internationally spanning commercial contracts, compliance, corporate, IP, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, and real estate — giving you all the building blocks needed to be ready for a future Head of / GC role, alongside the opportunity to mentor and support more junior lawyers within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercially focused legal advice in the UK and internationally.
- Span commercial contracts, compliance, corporate, IP, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, and real estate.
- Mentor and support more junior lawyers within the team.

Requirements:
- Strong commercial contracts experience.
- Commercial awareness.
- Confidence to engage across operations, sales, senior leadership, and external counsel.
- Experience of corporate and compliance would also be beneficial.
