Senior Legal Counsel (Remote)

Our client is a well-established, privately held secure logistics company with a global footprint. They are one of the world's leading providers of secure logistics for the high-value cargo industry, working with some of the most prestigious names in jewellery, fine art, luxury goods, and finance to move and store assets that demand the highest levels of care and confidentiality.

Operating across 25 jurisdictions, they serve high-net-worth individuals, major international banks and luxury retailers. Their work covers everything from secure door-to-door delivery and bonded warehousing to customs brokerage and special operations.

They are looking for a UK-qualified Legal Counsel to join their team on a full-time, remote basis within the UK. This is an opportunity to handle a diverse range of legal matters across a complex international operation, working closely with commercial, compliance, and operational teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer service contracts, subcontractor agreements and NDAs
  • Adapt and develop contract templates to suit specific business and client needs
  • Draft letters, legal responses and internal communications
  • Review contracts and legal opinions, and advise on a broad range of legal issues
  • Review and draft compliance policies
  • Manage communication with external counsel
  • Conduct legal research on diverse and cross-jurisdictional matters

Your Profile

  • You are a UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE and a strong background in commercial contracts
  • You are a confident and precise drafter, comfortable handling complex and high-volume agreements
  • You work well independently and can be relied upon to manage your own workload without close oversight
  • A background at a top law firm would be a plus
  • Experience working in-house, ideally within a complex or international business, would be an advantage
  • You are collaborative and positive, and are looking for a long-term role with room to grow
