My client, a fast-growing real estate private equity manager, specialising in co-living across the UK, is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing in-house legal team in London.
This is a great opportunity either as a first move in-house working directly with the Head of Legal/ Co-Founders or to join a business that is fast-growing with ever-expanding exposure to the wider business.

The role will involve:
- Managing residential property transactions across freehold and leasehold
- Leading on property due diligence and conveyancing
- Handling Land Registry, SDLT and post-completion matters
- Advising on residential landlord & tenant matters
- Managing external legal advisers and other stakeholders

Ideal Profile:
- 5+ PQE
- Strong residential property/conveyancing background
- Experience handling transactions from start to finish
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Private practice or in-house experience considered
