About the Role
We're partnering with a major UK organisation to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel who will play a key role in shaping high-value commercial relationships across a large, complex business.
This is a heavily commercial contracts position, leading negotiations across technology, SaaS, IT, digital transformation, outsourcing, procurement and other complex commercial agreements. You'll work directly with senior leadership, providing pragmatic legal advice that supports business growth while managing commercial risk.

We're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Strong commercial contracts experience. ideally gained In House
- Expertise negotiating technology, IT, SaaS, outsourcing and other high-value commercial agreements
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
