An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a prestigious luxury retail brand. This is a high-impact, senior role offering the chance to work closely with leadership on a wide range of strategic legal matters within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as a trusted legal advisor across the business. This is a broad and commercially focused position, covering:
- Commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
- Property and real estate matters across retail portfolios
- Data protection and privacy compliance
- Corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- M&A transactions and corporate structuring
- Intellectual Property protection and brand safeguarding
- Employment law advice
- General compliance and risk management

You will play a key role in shaping legal strategy while ensuring the business operates within a robust legal and regulatory framework.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE
- Have demonstrable experience across multiple legal disciplines including commercial, property, data, corporate governance, M&A, IP, employment, and compliance
- Be a commercially astute, pragmatic advisor with strong stakeholder management skills
- Thrive in a fast-moving, brand-led environment
