Your new role
A corporate Senior Legal Counsel position reporting to the Head of Corporate. Working closely with the growing Deal Team, you will lead on corporate M&A transactions, JV negotiations and occasional reorganisation work, while ensuring corporate governance compliance. The role will involve periodic travel, and will entail two days per week in the London office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer (3+ PQE as a guide) with a sustained focus on corporate transactional matters. You must have led corporate M&A processes and be able to manage stakeholders at different levels of the business. Candidates from smaller firms that are more likely to have led M&A transactions are actively encouraged to apply. This is a team with excellent camaraderie and a down-to-earth approach, so candidates must fit the ethos of the legal function. You'll need to get to the London offices twice a week, and be ready for occasional international travel.
