Experienced Commercial Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer with 6+ years' PQE to join a dynamic media and content business. This role is ideal for a commercially minded legal professional with strong experience advising on talent, creator and influencer agreements, alongside commercial, IP, advertising, distribution, and technology matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of talent, creator, influencer, and agency agreements.
- Advise on content rights, intellectual property, licensing, sponsorship, advertising, and distribution arrangements.
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including technology, supplier, marketing, and consumer-facing agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice on regulatory, consumer protection, and commercial risk issues.
- Support strategic projects, transactions, and legal due diligence.
- Develop legal templates and processes, and promote the effective use of legal technology and AI tools.

Experience & Skills
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Proven experience negotiating talent, creator, or influencer agreements is essential, ideally within the media, entertainment, sports, or digital content sectors.
- Strong commercial contracting, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and able to manage complex matters independently.
