In House Counsel – Senior Transactional Property Counsel (Estates) - 8-10yrs PQE – Reading

Our client is the UK's leading, fast-paced, mobile infrastructure services provider.

We at Marsden are keen to speak to commercial property lawyers keen to lead the transactional arm of their Legal and Compliance team. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on legal delivery, acting as a key interface between Legal, Estates, and external stakeholders.

You will be a strong commercial property conveyancer with at least 7 years PQE from well-regarded firms/in-house and have a keen interest in Landlord and tenant matters and Freehold acquisitions. Your proven experience will include supervising legal teams, managing high volumes in a delivery-focused environment.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will lead, manage, and develop the transactional team, oversee the delivery of a high volume of telecoms property transactions, and embed best practice and governance within the processes.
