We're looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join Reward at an exciting stage of growth following our acquisition by Rezolve AI. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape the legal function within a fast-growing international business operating across loyalty, commerce media, payments, data analytics and AI-powered technology.

Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you'll act as the lead commercial and technology lawyer, partnering with senior stakeholders across the UK, Europe, Middle East and US. You'll take ownership of high-value commercial agreements, technology and data partnerships, AI governance and regulatory matters, while helping to build best-in-class legal processes across the group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading complex commercial and technology contract negotiations, including SaaS, platform, licensing, data-sharing, banking, issuer and retailer agreements.
- Advising on technology, AI, data protection and regulatory issues across a growing international business.
- Supporting Product and Engineering teams on new products, intellectual property and technology strategy.
- Owning legal frameworks, templates and contracting playbooks.
- Managing legal risk, disputes and regulatory developments.
- Driving legal operations improvements, including the use of AI and legal technology tools.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
- 6+ years' PQE, with strong experience in commercial and technology contracting.
- Proven experience negotiating complex technology, SaaS, data and licensing agreements.
- Strong understanding of data protection and technology regulation.
- Commercially minded, confident operating independently, and comfortable making risk-based decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, loyalty, data analytics or technology businesses.
- Exposure to AI governance and emerging AI regulation.
- Data protection qualifications (e.g. CIPP/E).
- Experience implementing legal technology, automation or contract lifecycle management tools.
