Your new company

A global technology and consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Legal & Governance SME to support a high-profile transformation programme on a 3-month contract in a mostly remote capacity, with an ad hoc presence in London.

Working as part of a strategic design and transformation initiative, you will play a key role in assessing current legal and governance operating models, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of future-state frameworks and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with senior stakeholders on a business-critical programme within a complex and evolving environment.

Your new role

You will support a strategic legal and governance transformation programme, helping to shape future operating models, strengthen governance frameworks and improve ways of working across legal, risk and compliance functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting operating model and governance transformation initiatives
  • Assessing current processes, controls and governance arrangements, identifying areas for improvement
  • Advising on governance, legal operations, risk and compliance matters
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering business requirements
  • Developing recommendations, roadmaps and executive-level reporting
  • Supporting process optimisation and change implementation activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
