New Senior Legal Counsel role with a Global FMCG business from their West London Office
Role: Senior Legal Counsel
Salary: £120k
Working Pattern: 5 Days in Office
Join a leading FMCG company as Senior Legal Counsel for its European operations. Ideally you will have line management experience as this is a strategic role working closely with the Head of Legal in supervising the team
You will join a multi site Legal team as a Senior Advisor to the Europe Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters, including complex commercial contracts, procurement, competition law, regulatory issues, and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters to business teams.
- Advise on litigation and regulatory disputes, managing external counsel when needed.
- Ensure compliance with marketing, advertising, and brand licensing regulations.

Requirements:
- UK & Wales Qualified Solicitor
- 6+ years PQE with experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal team.
- Expertise in Commercial Contracts: Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
- Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Retail, FMCG background preferred.
The role requires the individual to be in the office five days a week (based in West London). The company offers a competitive salary and generous wider package
