An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the legal team of a leading global media business at the forefront of content creation, production and entertainment.
We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer (6+ PQE) with a strong background in media, entertainment or content businesses. This is a broad, business-facing role supporting high-profile productions, commercial partnerships and talent-related matters across an international organisation.
The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, ideally including talent, presenter, contributor, production and content-related contracts. You will be a pragmatic, commercially minded adviser who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
- Strong in-house or private practice experience within the media, entertainment or content sector.
- Excellent commercial contracts experience.
- Experience advising on talent agreements, presenter or contributor contracts would be highly advantageous.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
