A global sports organisation is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its London-based commercial legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a broad commercial role supporting a high-profile international business across a varied portfolio of revenue-generating and strategic agreements. You will advise on, draft and negotiate commercial contracts spanning media rights, sponsorship, licensing, digital distribution, technology and complex services arrangements, alongside wider commercial, IP and data-related matters.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, taking ownership of negotiations and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a fast-paced business, with exposure to areas including advertising, retail, digital, procurement and emerging technology.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A 6+ PQE lawyer, trained at a leading private practice firm, with a strong commercial contracts background.
- Ideally with prior in-house experience, although this is not essential.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements under English law.
- Comfortable advising sophisticated internal stakeholders and managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.
