Corporate Lawyer | Global Trading & Investment Business | London
Looking for a corporate lawyer who wants to move beyond a traditional transactional remit and build a genuinely international in-house career.
You will join a small London legal team supporting a major Japanese trading house across Europe, with exposure to investments, strategic projects, commercial trading activity, and corporate governance.

The work spans multiple sectors and jurisdictions, with close interaction across London, Germany, and Tokyo. Alongside corporate and commercial matters, the role will involve regulatory developments, compliance and integrity initiatives, policy implementation, and emerging areas including AI.
We are looking for a 4 to 7 PQE lawyer with strong private practice training and a corporate, M&A, or transactional background. International or cross-border experience is valuable.
