Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial / Corporate

My client is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their Legal team within a leading international real estate business working closely with the General Counsel & C-Suite. The company manages the full real estate development lifecycle, from land acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery of completed projects.

The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across a range of complex commercial projects, corporate matters, and transactional activities, including joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial real estate contracts, including lease agreements and customer contracts, with the ability to provide commercially focused advice and support effective risk management across the business.
