2x Senior Legal Delivery Manager - UK Wide

We're recruiting for a leading international law firm's centralised and growing Managed Legal Services function. You'll lead a legal delivery team (Finance & Banking, Construction & Projects, Transaction Services or Employment), driving service excellence and shaping scalable, AI-enabled delivery models for practice groups and clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing a legal delivery team, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Owning commercial performance - utilisation, profitability, forecasting and budgets
- Partnering with practice groups to shape new, scalable service offerings and technology-enabled solutions
- Driving adoption of legal technology and AI-enabled delivery solutions
- Leading transformation initiatives using data and operational insight
- Supporting client solutions, RFPs and pitches
- Leading people development, coaching and succession planning within the team

- Significant experience managing multi-disciplined legal delivery teams at scale
- Strong commercial acumen - financial management, forecasting and budgeting
- Proven people leadership, coaching and succession planning experience
- Experience driving adoption of technology and AI-enabled delivery solutions
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders including partners and clients
- Finance, construction, corporate or employment exposure desirable
