The Role

Who You Are

  • Experience in a legal operations, compliance operations, contract management, legal technology or similar operational role, ideally within an in-house legal team or professional services environment
  • Experience working with legal technology platforms such as CLM systems, workflow tools, document management systems or privacy/compliance software
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data, reporting and process improvement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Technology, Procurement, Privacy, Security and wider business teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain processes and systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex operational, legal and systems information into clear, accessible summaries, dashboards and visual materials for stakeholders of varying seniority.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and supporting change management initiatives
  • Experience supporting privacy or compliance processes (including GDPR-related activities) would be beneficial
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards or data analysis tools would be an advantage
  • Positive “can do” attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in a growing legal operations function
