We’re expecting an exciting new Senior Interim Legal Operations opportunity with a leading global FTSE business.
This is a high-profile, business-facing role for an experienced legal professional who can bring strong in-house experience alongside a solid understanding of legal operations, transformation, and process improvement.
The opportunity
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the legal function, helping to drive greater efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across legal operations.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support key legal operations and transformation initiatives
- Improve legal processes, workflows, governance, and ways of working
- Partner with senior Legal stakeholders to identify opportunities for greater efficiency
- Support technology, systems, and data initiatives across the legal function
- Develop and implement practical tools, processes, and reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and other business teams
- Provide strategic and operational support to senior members of the Legal team

What we’re looking for
- 8+ years’ legal experience, with substantial in-house experience
- Strong Legal Operations experience, ideally across a significant part of your career
- Experience delivering legal transformation, process improvement, or operational change
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operating autonomously
- Commercial, pragmatic, and highly organized, with excellent project management skills
- Able to operate effectively in a complex, global organization
