Senior Legal Transformation Manager | Bristol | Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Transformation Manager to join one of the UK's most forward-thinking law firms, playing a key role in how legal services are delivered, both internally and for clients.
This isn't a traditional legal operations role. You'll work at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, partnering with lawyers and clients to redesign legal processes, implement cutting-edge technology and drive meaningful change across the business.
If you're someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, improving the way legal teams work and embracing emerging technologies such as Generative AI, this is a role where you'll have genuine influence.
The Role
Working closely with Partners, legal teams and in-house clients, you'll:
- Lead high-profile legal transformation and innovation projects.
- Drive the adoption of Generative AI and legal technology.
- Design smarter legal service delivery models and improve operational efficiency.
- Advise clients on legal operations and transformation strategies.
- Build strong relationships across the firm and with external stakeholders.
- Deliver projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring measurable commercial impact.

About You
You'll have experience in Legal Operations, Legal Transformation or Legal Innovation, either within private practice or an in-house legal environment.
Whether you're a qualified solicitor who's moved into innovation or a legal professional with a background in transformation and project delivery, you'll understand the challenges facing modern legal teams and enjoy finding better ways of working.
You'll also bring:
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of legal technology, workflow automation and Generative AI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver tangible business improvements.
