About Us

We are a long-established, independent estate agency based in Aberystwyth with a growing lettings portfolio of around 75 managed properties. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants and are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join our friendly team.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will become the main point of contact for our lettings department, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants by telephone, email and in person.
  • Organising repairs and maintenance with contractors.
  • Arranging property inspections and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Coordinating property marketing and new tenancy applications.
  • Working closely with the sales and administration teams to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and earn commission.

About You

You will:

  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Have outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Be confident using computers and office software.
  • Be able to prioritise a busy workload and work on your own initiative.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Have experience in property, customer service, banking, legal or office administration (property experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidate).
