About this role
We are looking for a personable, proactive, and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to support the successful leasing of our Build-To-Rent (BTR) communities across multiple sites within the region. This is a highly customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional viewing and move-in experience for prospective residents while supporting occupancy across our buildings.
The role will primarily be site-based and will involve regular travel between our communities across Watford, Barking, and Bracknell; therefore, a full UK driving license and flexibility to travel is essential.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a hospitality, leasing, sales, or customer service background who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a BTR business, we are committed to creating welcoming, safe, and professionally managed communities where residents feel valued and supported. We pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, collaboration, and maintaining high standards across our buildings while promoting inclusive and sustainable communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
