Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Tower Bridge

Start date: ASAP

We have an great opportunity for a hungry Senior Lettings Negotiator to join one of London's top independent agents, within their highly successful office based in Tower Bridge!

Requirements

  • 2+ years Lettings experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and possess excellent communication skills
  • Valid UK Driving license
  • Committed to working weekends

The Role

  • You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
  • Registering new lettings applicants
  • Negotiate offers between the Landlord and Tenant
  • Generate new business and new clients
  • Book Valuation appointments
