Lettings Negotiator
We are currently looking for experienced Lettings Negotiators to join our successful team across a number of our London branches. As a Lettings Negotiator at Chestertons, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with Tenants, owning and growing your patch, providing expert and excellent guidance throughout the process

About the role
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Base Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute

- Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
- First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
- Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
- Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
- Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results

About You
- Minimum 12 months experience in residential lettings
- CRM experience - we use Reapit
- Demonstrated experience of consistently hitting and, ideally, overachieving your KPIs & targets
- The ability and desire to work & thrive in a fast-paced environment
- People Person: Interacting with people in an empathetic way, building trust, managing expectations and delivering a fantastic buyers experience
- Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a dedication to delivering exceptional service and results
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Recruitment Process
All CVs will be reviewed by a (human) member of the Talent Acquisition team. If successful, a member of the TA team will reach out to you directly to guide you through the recruitment process.
1st Stage - A 20 minute screening phone call with Talent Acquisition to discuss your experience, life as a Negotiator at Chestertons, run through some standard HR questions and assess general suitability and culture fit.
2nd Stage - In person meeting with a Branch Director. A 2-way conversation in branch where you can learn more about the role of a Lettings Negotiator at Chestertons and we can learn more about you. Remember, you are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you so come prepared with questions.

Final Stage - In person meeting with a Regional Director. A final chance for you to sell yourself to us and for us to sell Chestertons to you.
