Senior Lettings Negotiator
📍 Kensington & Chelsea, London
💼 Full-Time | OTE £70,000–£75,000
Pomp Properties Ltd is a boutique estate agency based in Earl’s Court, specialising in high-end residential lettings and sales across Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia, and Westminster. We are seeking a proven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team and take a lead role in managing prime instructions, closing high-value deals, and growing the lettings portfolio.

- Realistic OTE of £70,000–£75,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying applicants and landlords
- Conducting viewings and securing lets at premium prices
- Negotiating complex offers and progressing deals through to completion
- Generating new business and supporting marketing initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNW clients

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in residential lettings
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, well-presented, and highly motivated
- Solid knowledge of Kensington & Chelsea / Westminster is highly preferred
