- Registering, qualifying, and matching applicants to properties.
- Managing your own diary and conducting viewings, supported by Viewing Assistants when required.
- Building strong, proactive relationships with landlords and applicants.
- Providing regular landlord updates via WeChat, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
- Keeping detailed records of all client communication.
- Negotiating offers and handing agreed deals over to the Moves Administration team.
- Working closely with Directors to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Keeping fully up to date with residential lettings legislation and market developments.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident, commercially minded professional who enjoys working with people and knows how to turn opportunities into results. You’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ residential lettings experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- A professional, positive, and ambitious attitude.
- A genuine can-do mentality and drive to exceed targets.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and influence people.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of London’s residential property market.
- Up-to-date knowledge of property values, market trends, and local competition.

NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management is desirable.
