Senior Lettings Negotiator - St John’s Wood
A high‑performing, full‑cycle negotiator role in one of North London’s most competitive rental markets.
The Opportunity
A globally recognised agency is looking to hire a Senior Lettings Negotiator for its St John’s Wood office. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast, high‑paced environment, who can manage the entire lettings process end‑to‑end.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business with a target of c.£350k
- Managing the full lettings cycle from offer handling to move‑in
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Working collaboratively with a high‑performing team across two offices
- Representing the brand with professionalism in a premium market

What They’re Looking For
- Around 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Strong exposure to North London markets (a significant advantage)
- Thick‑skinned, commercially sharp, and comfortable with volume
- Someone who can win instructions, not just process enquiries
- Versatile negotiators who don’t shy away from lower‑value deals when needed

Package & Structure
- Basic salary: £28,000 (potentially £30,000 for the right person)
- Car allowance: £4,000

- Tiered Commission Structure
- Hours: 8:30am-6pm
- Weekends: 1 in 3, 9am-2pm
