Personal Specification

  • At least 3 years' experience within residential lettings
  • Valuation experience would be preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter
  • Be personable and approachable
  • Good computer skills
  • Driven
  • Full UK driving licence

The salary on offer will include a basic in the region of £25,000 dependent on previous experience, plus on-target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. A car allowance will be provided.
