PRIME COLLECTION - We're Hiring: Senior Lettings Negotiator | Fitzrovia, London
We're Prime Collection: a boutique residential lettings and sales practice in Fitzrovia, operating across Marylebone, Bloomsbury, and Mayfair. Our landlords and tenants aren't transactions; they're people with histories, futures, and expectations.
We're looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator who shares that philosophy.
The Role
You'll own complex lettings negotiations from instruction through completion. You'll build and manage your own portfolio of landlords—generating instructions, managing tenant introductions, steering deals through underwriting and legal close. You won't be processing paperwork or working from a call sheet. You'll be managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, navigating difficult negotiations, and closing deals that require judgment and finesse.
Your responsibilities:
- Negotiate rental terms, conditions, and lettings agreements with landlords and tenants
- Develop and retain a portfolio of landlord clients
- Generate new instructions through intelligent prospecting
- Manage the full lifecycle of a letting from instruction through tenancy commencement
- Mentor and support junior negotiators on complex cases
- Work closely with our legal and compliance team
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
