Senior Lettings Negotiator - OTE of £35,000

Location – Beaconsfield Branch

Introduction

Oakwood Estates are the fastest growing estate agency in the local area. Set up in 2008, this dynamic company has grown to 9 leading branches. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high-reaching ambitions. Hungry and determined individual required to perform an upfront lettings role and convert viewings into deals.

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young, forward-thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Lettings Representative to take up the position as Senior Lettings Negotiator. The successful applicant will need to be well-presented and well-spoken with a full driving licence and knowledge of the local area. With strong incentives for hitting targets, the candidate must be ambitious and driven to succeed.

Roles

  • Registering Applicants
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Provide written and verbal viewing feedback to Landlords
  • Building rapport with Landlords
  • Negotiating and putting forward offers by written and verbal means
  • Running the touting system in a quick, efficient manner
  • Updating the Landlord Directory with new leads
  • Calling through the Landlord Directory and trying to secure valuations
  • Matching properties and undergoing call rounds
  • Devising marketing material and assisting in marketing campaigns
  • Keeping the shop window updated
  • Booking Valuations

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6.00pm
  • Friday 9am - 5pm
