Senior Lettings Negotiator - Manchester - Up to £30,000 basic + commissions

Exciting new Senior Lettings Negotiator role, providing you a successful career within the fast-paced lettings industry!

This impressive independent and rapidly growing Lettings and Management Agency are taking over their competition. Due to expansion of their portfolio, and client base, they are currently searching for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their supportive and friendly team.

What you will be doing

  • Respond to lettings enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner
  • Conduct viewings on available homes with potential tenants
  • Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels
  • Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
  • Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
  • Select tenants through interviews and background checks
  • Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
  • Establish and maintain relationships with tenants

What you will have

  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Previous experience working within lettings / property management
  • An ambitious individual with a drive to succeed alongside a can-do attitude

What's in it for you

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 DOE
  • Commissions and bonuses on all new lets and business agreed
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
