An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Consultant to join a well-established independent estate agency with a strong presence in the local residential property market.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Consultant, you will drive lettings activity, secure new instructions, manage applicants and landlords, conduct viewings, and negotiate successful tenancies.
This is a full-time office-based role offering a competitive basic salary plus commission and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Generate new lettings opportunities and secure instructions from landlords.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
- Carry out rental valuations and provide informed market advice.
- Identify opportunities to increase rental values and grow the lettings business.
- Promote available properties through appropriate marketing channels.
- Qualify applicants and identify suitable property matches.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing landlords with relevant feedback.
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties while maintaining a consistently high level of service.
- Keep property, applicant, offer, and transaction records accurate and up to date.
- Negotiate offers and agree rental terms between landlords and tenants.
- Manage agreed lets through to completion, coordinating with the relevant parties.

What We Are Looking For
- Previously worked as a Senior Lettings Consultant, Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Advisor, Property Negotiator, Estate Agent, or in a similar role.
- Experience in residential lettings, preferably within the London property market.
- Background in carrying out property valuations and negotiating rental agreements.
- Strong ability to generate new business and win landlord instructions.
- Commercially focused with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of the local North London lettings market, or the ability to develop this quickly.
- Full UK driving license.
