Lettings & Property Manager
Harrogate | £27,000–£30,000 + bonus and commission
Join our friendly, close-knit Harrogate team and enjoy the backing of a wider, established property business.
We’re looking for an organised, personable Lettings & Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio. You’ll manage the full lettings process -from market appraisals and tenancy set-up through to property management, maintenance, inspections, compliance and landlord/tenant communication.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service.
You’ll need:
- Lettings or residential property-management experience
- Great communication and customer-service skills
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and initiative
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Experience managing maintenance, contractors and inspections
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
