Our client, a leader in the UK Property market, is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their Wapping office.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years' experience delivering high-fee-level performance in London's residential market.

This is a fantastic location, where you will be working with a broad range of properties and price points and you will be joining an expanding team and office.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords & tenants
  • Generating new business through both proactive and referral-led activity
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding personal revenue targets

You will have:

  • 3+ years' lettings experience with a proven fee performance record
  • Strong knowledge of Central and/or City London postcodes
  • A professional, polished approach to client and applicant management
  • The confidence and capability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team
  • A full understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements

This role will be paying up to £28,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Competitive OTE
