Marshall Group
Marshall Group is the audio, tech, and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers through genre-breaking innovation. Our flagship brand, Marshall, is uniquely positioned with over 60 years of rock ‘n’ roll attitude on stage, at home, and on the go. Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.
Right now, we're looking for a Senior Manager Licensing to join our Licensing team, with a focus on developing Marshall's licensing programmes and partnerships and leading marketing across the entire licensing portfolio.
What you'll do:
As Senior Manager Licensing, you'll be responsible for Marshall's licensing programmes within your allocated categories and partners. You'll shape and deliver the licensing strategy, negotiate agreements, manage the product portfolio and work closely with licensees to grow brand exposure and revenue together. You'll also lead marketing for the licensing portfolio, helping ensure that every licensed product reflects the Marshall brand. The role includes some travel, for example in connection with partner meetings and factory audits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver licensing strategies for your categories and partners, using market insights from music, consumer electronics and related consumer categories to identify new opportunities and prepare business cases for management.
- Manage licensing partners end to end, covering contracts, product, marketing, sales, finance and compliance, and work with Legal to negotiate agreements and protect Marshall's intellectual property.
- Lead marketing activities across the licensing portfolio together with Marshall's marketing teams, and maintain the brand guidelines and processes that help licensees represent the brand consistently.
- Coordinate the product approval process with our product and design teams, and ensure licensees meet contractual, product safety, social and environmental requirements, including factory audits.
- Manage royalty tracking, auditing, reporting, budget and forecast for all licensees in close collaboration with Finance, and help develop AI-supported automation of licensing marketing and finance processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
