We're partnering with a global, consumer-facing business to appoint a Senior Litigation Counsel to join its international legal team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of high-profile contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions, working directly with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
The successful candidate will lead complex litigation and regulatory matters from initial assessment through to resolution, advising on legal risk, strategy, and business-critical decision making. You will work across a diverse range of disputes including commercial and contractual matters, consumer and regulatory issues, intellectual property and licensing disputes, reputation management, property-related claims, and other contentious business risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing complex, cross-border litigation and regulatory matters
- Advising senior stakeholders on dispute strategy, legal risk, and commercial outcomes
- Instructing and managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Supporting commercial and operational teams by providing litigation-focused risk advice
- Contributing to the development of internal legal processes, training, and know-how
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales, Ireland, or another comparable jurisdiction
- Significant experience gained within a leading disputes practice and/or sophisticated in-house environment
- Proven track record handling complex commercial litigation and contentious regulatory matters
- Experience managing cross-border disputes and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
