Senior Litigation Solicitor

We have a rare opportunity for a forward-thinking senior Solicitor to join a well-regarded commercial London practice. Our clients, a successful niche Holborn firm, who have seen rapid growth over the past few years and have a unique business model have asked us to find them a further commercial litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded team.

About the Role

Working in this highly regarded litigation team you will lead a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation for domestic and international clients, with particular experience in cross-border disputes and conflict of laws. Advise on litigation strategy, risk, and dispute resolution while helping to develop and grow the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. The role will involve working with counsel, experts, and foreign lawyers, alongside developing referral relationships and generating new business. You will also support recruitment, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate across the firm to deliver a high-quality service to clients.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a 6PQE + self-starter, capable of working on their own initiative and from a similar status practice. They are looking for a team player who will embrace their ethos and help them build the team further.
