Excellent opportunity to grow your career remotely within an Australian mortgage broking firm. Join a supportive company with a clear pathway to a manager position!

Primary Responsibilities

This role owns the loan file from packaging and submission through to settlement and the post-settlement and ongoing maintenance cycle. The role packages and submits applications in AOL across all structures, manages admin-side requests during assessment, drives doc sign-up, coordinates settlement and confirms funds and account setup land correctly. It carries the ongoing repricing cycle across the whole book. The role sits between the submissions function and the credit officer, with credit-critical decisions and final calls escalating to the Director. It is built to grow into an operations manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist brokers in reviewing and preparing loan applications
  • Collect and verify necessary documentation from clients and third parties
  • Ordering valuations and pricing requests with lenders
  • Package and input applications into AOL accurately across all structures, including company, trust, SMSF and self-employed
  • Communicate with lenders to monitor application status and expedite approvals
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on application progress
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to loan processing as required
  • Conduct post settlement check-ins with clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
