Ready to dive in and stir things up?
We Are Looking For
A Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, territory strategy, and marketing investment delivery across high-stakes regions, New Site Openings (NSOs), and priority growth sites.
This role acts as the definitive strategic "voice of the regions" within central planning, ensuring national frameworks are translated into highly effective local commercial engines without separating planning from execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end strategy and delivery for New Site Openings, major refurbishments, and key strategic territories, maintaining accountability from blueprint through post-launch performance tracking.
- Lead regional campaign planning for complex, high-stakes territories, acting as the strategic voice of the regions to ensure national campaign frameworks reflect local trading nuances, commercial priorities, supplier requirements, CRM boundaries, and operational realities.
- Establish a consistent cross-functional operating model for priority growth sites, using commercial insight to propose target locations, validate operational readiness, and agree realistic, location-specific success measures.
- Collaborate with regional Finance stakeholders to review site performance, identify trading opportunities, align upcoming campaigns, and share commercial performance insights alongside active local marketing activity.
- Maintain a forward-looking annual trading, regional occasion, and cultural opportunity calendar, prioritizing bespoke local activation where it offers clear commercial value beyond the national brand campaign.
- Share responsibility for local budget management, regional media and PR agency management, national campaign localization, TTL campaign delivery, restaurant visits with AMs, and Regional Meeting updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
