Senior Logistics Manager (Logistics Lead)
Location: Hammersmith, London (3 days per week in the office)

With ambitious growth plans ahead, we're looking for a talented Senior Logistics Manager to help us take our supply chain and logistics operation to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is a high-profile logistics leadership role sitting at the heart of the business. You'll take ownership of Biotiful's UK and EU logistics operation, ensuring products move efficiently from our manufacturing partners through to customers and consumers.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial and Product teams, you'll manage logistics partners, drive operational improvements, control costs and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Biotiful's logistics and distribution operation across the UK and Europe.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, warehousing partners and international logistics suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement across warehousing, distribution and route-to-market strategies.
- Manage logistics budgets, cost control initiatives and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with UK and EU export regulations and support the movement of goods across international markets.
- Support new product launches and business projects with effective logistics solutions.
- Manage inventory levels, storage capacity and stock accuracy.
- Develop and support a small logistics team.
- Use data and insight to drive decision-making and business improvements.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced logistics professional who combines operational excellence with commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in a senior logistics, distribution or supply chain role within FMCG, food, beverage or chilled manufacturing.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and warehousing partners.
- A strong understanding of chilled supply chains and inventory management.
- Knowledge of UK and EU export processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
