You've built your career in luxury travel. What would make your next move genuinely worth it?
We're not looking for someone who simply wants another travel consultant role.
We're looking for an experienced luxury travel professional who has built strong product knowledge, supplier relationships and the confidence to look after discerning, high-value clients, but who might be ready for more ownership over what they sell, how they work and the client relationships they build.
Do Not Disturb is a growing luxury travel business, and we're looking for someone to join us at a stage where they can have a genuine influence on what we become.
You'll have access to warm, high-value enquiries and an existing network of HNW contacts from the outset. The opportunity is to turn those introductions into your own portfolio of long-term private clients, rather than arriving somewhere new and having to build a book from scratch.
You'll also have a real voice in the business: which hotels we work with, the DMCs and partners we choose, the experiences we recommend and how we develop our private client proposition.
For the right person, this should feel like a step forward, not simply a move from one luxury travel company to another.
What you'll be doing
You'll look after clients from the first conversation through to travel, creating highly personalised itineraries and developing relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Our clients are well travelled and expect genuine expertise. You'll need to know the difference between what's expensive and what's genuinely exceptional, and have the confidence to tell a client when you think there's a better option.

Your knowledge should extend beyond hotels and resorts to private guides, villas, yachts, safari camps, restaurants and experiences.
This is still a commercial role. We want someone who loves looking after clients, but who also enjoys converting high-value enquiries and growing those relationships over time.
Requirements
Who we're looking for
Significant luxury travel industry experience is essential. Applications without relevant travel industry experience will not be considered.
You may currently be a Senior Travel Consultant, Private Travel Designer, Luxury Travel Advisor or similar.
You'll ideally have:
- Several years' experience selling high-end, tailor-made travel
- Experience looking after HNW and/or VIP clients
- Extensive first-hand knowledge of luxury destinations and hotels
- Genuine familiarity with brands such as Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, Belmond, One&Only and Six Senses
- Your own relationships with hotels, DMCs and luxury travel suppliers
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial instincts and a proven ability to convert high-value enquiries
- The confidence and judgement to advise sophisticated, well-travelled clients
- A proactive approach, remembering preferences and anticipating what clients might want next
