Senior Luxury Travel Manager

Little Blue Door | Remote (UK) | Full-time

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience

✨ Little Blue Door is hiring! ✨

We're looking for a Senior Luxury Travel Consultant to join our small, close-knit team. You'll take ownership of the full client journey for UHNW and international travellers, creating seamless, tailored experiences from first enquiry to post-trip follow-up.

Please note: Previous Travel Industry Experience Required. Perhaps you have your own book of clients and are looking for stable income? Open to chat.

🌴 Your Role

  • End-to-End Bookings: Manage every stage of the client journey, from first enquiry and proposal to confirmed stay, bespoke itinerary and post-trip follow-up.
  • VIP Client Liaison: Be the trusted point of contact for UHNW and international clients. Understand their preferences and anticipate their needs before they voice them.
  • Hotel & Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with luxury hotels, villas, DMCs and local partners to secure the best rates, upgrades and insider access.
  • Itinerary Curation: Design tailored programmes around each stay, from private guides and restaurant reservations to yacht charters and exclusive experiences.
  • Travel Logistics: Coordinate transfers, private aviation, concierge requests and timings, and advise clients on the best flight routings.
  • Problem-Solving On the Go: Handle changes, delays and last-minute requests with calm and discretion.
  • Destination Expertise: Keep up with new openings, hidden gems and trends, and share insights with our marketing team to inspire content.

🧳 Who Are You?

  • You have proven experience at a luxury travel agency.
  • You have a network of clients ready to bring with you to nurture within LBD.
  • You're the person in the friend group everyone asks for travel recommendations.
  • A hustler: you don't take no for an answer and always find a way.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented: you can juggle multiple bookings and itineraries without missing a thing.
  • Well-travelled: you know the difference between a good hotel and the right hotel for each client.
  • Discreet and trusted: you understand the importance of privacy and build long-term relationships based on trust.
  • An exceptional communicator: you build lasting relationships with VIP clients and suppliers.
  • Perfect written & oral English language skills.
  • Russian language skills are a strong plus.
