Senior ML Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to work with the Morrisons Data, Data Science, and Process Innovation Teams to build and scale enterprise-ready ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy ML models including predictive, text-embedding, and foundation models.
- Develop and mature ML pipelines using Kubeflow, TFX, and Vertex AI.
- Implement model deployment, monitoring, operations, and support.
- Establish CI/CD/CT and Continuous Machine Learning (CML) practices.
- Implement A/B testing and production model optimization.
- Manage Container Registry and Artifact Registry for ML solutions.
- Ensure strong SDLC, code quality, testing, and static analysis practices.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and stakeholders to improve ML ways of working.

- Strong Python and ML Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, and TFX.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps, ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with CI/CD/CT, CML, containerization, and Artifact Registry.
- Knowledge of Pylint, code coverage, and static code analysis.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
