Job Summary

We’re seeking a versatile Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong data engineering instincts and a passion for production-grade AI systems. You'll play a pivotal role across the AI development lifecycle — from data ingestion to deployment — ensuring our models are reliable, reproducible, and impactful.

About the Team

Key Responsibilities

LLM/NLP Model Development

  • Deploy and fine tune LLMs models for domain-specific tasks.
  • Build evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines to compare model performance across multiple datasets and tasks.
  • Apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to solve complex problems end-to-end.

Data Infrastructure

  • Collaborate with Data Scientist to build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, versioning, and labelling.
  • Ensure robust, reproducible data loops to power iterative development.

AI Workflow Design & Orchestration

  • Orchestrate multiple models to deliver SOTA results.
  • Partner with Production team, Software Engineers to bring AI solutions into real-world products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
