🚀 Senior IT Support Engineer – macOS / Jamf Pro

📍 Central London | Office Based | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you an experienced macOS IT Support Engineer who loves Apple technology, solving problems and helping people?

We’re working with a dynamic media agency in Central London who are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their friendly, collaborative technology environment.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who wants to take on more responsibility without moving away from the technology.

🍎 The environment

The business is heavily Apple and macOS focused, with Jamf Pro at the heart of its device management. You’ll also work across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and a smaller Windows estate.

💻 What you’ll be doing

  • Providing hands-on IT support across the business
  • Acting as a key escalation point for more complex issues
  • Supporting MacBooks, iPhones and Apple technology
  • Managing and administering Jamf Pro
  • Supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Managing device provisioning, deployment and lifecycle
  • Supporting joiners, movers and leavers
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Improving processes and looking for opportunities to automate
  • Mentoring and sharing knowledge with more junior members of the team

🧠 What we’re looking for

  • Strong commercial IT support experience
  • Excellent macOS / Apple knowledge
  • Solid hands-on Jamf Pro experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
  • Exposure to Intune and Entra ID
  • Comfortable supporting both Mac and Windows
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • A naturally approachable, collaborative personality
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and helping others develop
