The Role
As The Senior Maintenance Engineer/Deputy Manager, You’ll
- Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead and support the maintenance team, stepping in to assist with hands-on tasks when necessary.
- Develop strategies for effective maintenance operations and team performance.
- Prepare for succession by mentoring the next team leader during a transitional period.

You
To be successful in the role of Senior Maintenance Engineer/Deputy Manager, you’ll bring:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably mechanical.
- Experience in managing teams and contractors in a facilities management context.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work hands-on when required.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
