Senior Management Accountant | £60,000 to £70,000 | Fully Remote
I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join a fast-growing platform technology business operating in the regulated online betting and gaming space.
This is a newly created role in a small, close-knit finance team that's investing seriously in getting its reporting and controls right as the business scales. It's not a narrow, one-lane role. One week you're deep in balance sheet reconciliations, the next you're shaping how management accounts are built, the week after that you're elbow-deep in the year-end audit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What makes it worth a serious look:
- Genuine breadth. Management accounts, balance sheet control, audit, financial reporting, all in one seat.
- Real influence over how reporting is built, not inheriting someone else's fixed way of doing things.
- Fully remote, with full autonomy and a trust-led culture rather than anyone watching the clock.
- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial group that's genuinely growing, not standing still.
- £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, plus private healthcare and 25 days holiday.

- Around 3 to 5 years post-qualified.
- Have come from an SME background where you've actually rolled your sleeves up rather than sat purely in audit.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely is essential.
